Perfectly located near the back of the island, you are away from all of the beach traffic, and it's a short golf cart ride down to the IOP Marina, Islander 71, and to the beach! The interior has a very nice, open floor plan, modern kitchen with beautiful cabinets and counter-tops, and the master suite is private from the rest of the house and has access out to the back porch.
