Huge, brand-spanking-new home on 4.5 acres. It's long and narrow, so leave it thick and hunt it hard, or clear it all the way back. Plant grass as far as you can see and let goats and horses eat it up. I pictured it with a long, narrow pond running down it, but I like to fish.
